Clayton founded Sparrow Financial to create a calmer, more human alternative to traditional financial advisory firms.

After more than a decade working within the industry, he saw firsthand how often financial advice became disconnected from the people it was meant to serve—focused on products, projections, and performance, but lacking the clarity needed to make meaningful decisions. Sparrow was built to change that.

Clayton specializes in retirement income planning, real estate integration, and tax-aware decision-making for Canadians navigating increasing financial complexity. His work often centers around moments of transition—retirement, major life changes, or decisions that carry long-term impact for both individuals and their families.
